Albury Basketball Association | Albury-Wodonga, NSW/VIC
The Albury Basketball Association is one of the largest regional basketball organisations in New South Wales, with a network of players, volunteers, referees, coaches and families operating out of the Lauren Jackson Sports Centre.
Across 2025-26, Lecroma partnered with Motive Consulting and SeaOak Consulting to develop a five-year strategic plan. We led stakeholder engagement, delivered an insights brief based on community and member feedback, facilitated a strategy workshop and produced the final strategy paper, including governance, implementation and funding recommendations.
With the new Lauren Jackson Stadium coming online, the Association is now using the plan to align its resources, programs and growth priorities for 2026 and beyond.
