Mekong-Australia Partnership on Transnational Crime

Bangkok, Thailand
Project summary

The Mekong-Australia Partnership on Transnational Crime (MAP-TNC) is an eight-year investment by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) that promotes cross-border cooperation between Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The program supports efforts to tackle serious threats such as drug trafficking, child sexual exploitation and financial crimes. Lecroma partnered with The Palladium Group to deliver this complex program and its supporting stakeholder engagement strategy, working with several federal government agencies.

We helped design and develop targeted projects in collaboration with Australia’s national security agencies. We also facilitated engagement and coordination across Australian Government agencies operating in the Mekong region.
