Project summary
The Albury Basketball Association is one of the largest regional basketball organisations in New South Wales with headquarters at the Lauren Jackson Sports Centre in East Albury. It comprises a network of players, volunteers, referees, coaches and supporting families.
Lecroma partnered with Motive Consulting and SeaOak Consulting to deliver a strategic plan which sets priorities for the Association over the next five years to help the organisation grow, create more development and pathway opportunities, and promote basketball within the Albury-Wodonga region.

Outcome
As the new Lauren Jackson Stadium comes online, the Albury Basketball Association is now adjusting its implementation plan and resources to prepare for 2026.
