Dr.Vindi Nettikumara
Principal Consultant
Vindi holds a PhD in Business Leadership and brings over 15 years of experience across academia, consulting, digital strategy, behavioural research, and stakeholder engagement. Her work has included leadership capability development among women and marginalised communities in developing countries, digital transformations in small and medium enterprises, and the design and delivery of tailored learning solutions. She also advises corporate and government clients in Australia and internationally on leadership, organisational behaviour, and social impact strategies.
Her expertise spans cultural value frameworks, behavioural research, and lived experiences - insights that strengthen Lecroma’s social impact and engagement strategies. With core strengths in data and economic impact modelling, program design and delivery, quantitative and qualitative research (including a nomination for the Iain Wallace Research Medal), data-driven strategy, and public speaking, Vindi brings a rich mix of analytical and storytelling skills. She is also committed to giving back, sharing her expertise as a lecturer to undergraduate and postgraduate students both in Australia and abroad. Vindi is also currently writing a book with the theme of Intentional Living.
