Austvina brings contemporary design practices to Lecroma’s work, through her 15+ years’ experience in the industry. With her career spanning roles as a graphic artist, print production assistant, client manager, studio manager, and digital marketing coordinator, Austvina has unique insights into how best to design and build end-to-end visual solutions that align with client needs.

Having worked with SMEs, government and larger corporates, Austvina brings creativity and flair to meeting design objectives, whilst also being able to work within tight parameters. She understands the importance of consistent brand identity and providing information in a clear and visually appealing manner, ensuring this approach is brought to Lecroma’s product offerings.

Austvina has lived and worked overseas in the Solomon Islands, China and Palau and has extensive knowledge of effectively working across cultures. She knows the importance of communicating clearly with clients to fully understand the scope and desired deliverables of a project and is highly adaptable in meeting new challenges. At the same time, these experiences have broadened her knowledge of design practices, to better deliver complex information and data. Regardless of the scale or complexity of the project, Austvina has a proven track record of delivering high-quality collateral across all formats and mediums.
