Gregory Ley
Founder and CEO
Greg is a strategic leader with over 15 years of experience across Australia and internationally in strategy, stakeholder engagement, socio-economic assessment and evaluation. He has led collaborative project delivery in complex, contested and conflict-affected environments, applying rigorous qualitative and quantitative research methods to navigate multicultural landscapes and engage effectively with vulnerable groups, multicultural communities and First Nations people.
Drawing on his rural agribusiness upbringing (he’s still a farmer!) and ongoing family interests in Rutherglen's wine industry, Greg contributes to his local community through an extensive range of Board roles.
Earlier in his career, Greg led policy and programs in the Indo-Pacific with the Australian Federal Police, receiving the AFP Assistant Commissioner’s Certificate of Excellence in 2021-22, and contributed to Australian foreign policy through governmental technical working groups.
Greg is driven by helping clients and communities work through complex, high-stakes problems where the path forward isn’t obvious.
