He provides the quantitative backbone for Lecroma's social and economic impact assessments, scenario modelling and evidence packs that hold up under planning and regulatory scrutiny.

Kamron currently holds a senior analytics leadership role at NAB, where he directs reporting and analytics for a $200b+ commercial lending portfolio, has delivered $131m in productivity benefits in a single half-year, and built geo-analytics integrating climate risk modelling to support NAB's Net Zero Banking Alliance commitments. He has also held analytics and data roles at FinXL and Equifax, delivering credit risk modelling, workforce transformation analytics and enterprise reporting used by boards, CFOs and regulators. He brings this commercial and regulatory experience directly into his work with Lecroma's clients.

 

For Lecroma, Kamron designs cumulative impact models across overlapping projects, builds real-time monitoring and feedback loops for construction-stage delivery, and supports climate adaptation and infrastructure resilience planning for regional strategy work. He brings rigour and clarity to complex data problems, translating large datasets into practical decisions for clients, councils and regulators.
